Supporting Youth. Rebuilding Hope.
Community Skills and Knowledge Network (CSKN) is a West Midlands young person’s service helping young people break cycles of harm, criminalisation and isolation. We offer grounded, long-term support through lived experience mentoring, emotional coaching, and community care.
Organisations are welcome to enquire about support for young people who may benefit from our approach.
What Makes CSKN Different
We don’t clock off. We don’t judge. Our staff build real relationships with the young people we support — often for years. It’s not about a service. It’s about trust, consistency and walking alongside someone — no matter what.
Who We Support
- • Young people excluded from school
- • Those involved in youth violence or exploitation
- • Young people struggling with mental health or identity
- • Those at risk of criminalisation or isolation
Our Values
Consistency. Compassion. Care.
We show up. We listen. We act. Always with the young person at the centre.
Stories & Real Situations
The lives of the young people we support are complex. In our blog, we explore real-life situations — from exclusions to family breakdown — and how CSKN makes a difference.
