How We Support Young People

We provide consistent, one-to-one mentoring for young people aged 10–25 across the West Midlands. Our services focus on building trust, creating safe spaces, and walking alongside young people through life’s hardest challenges.

One-to-One Mentoring

  • Weekly sessions with a relatable, trusted mentor
  • Flexible support across home, school, and community
  • Emotional, legal, and practical guidance

Court & Legal Support

  • Accompaniment to court, youth offending panels or probation
  • Support navigating charges, appeals, and legal letters
  • Liaison with solicitors and social workers

School & Education Advocacy

  • Help with school exclusion or reintegration
  • Attendance support and pastoral engagement
  • Trusted adult liaison between home and school

Support at Home

  • Home visits where safe and requested
  • Navigating family breakdowns or care transitions
  • Connection to wider services like housing or benefits

Safe Spaces & Activities

  • Link to youth hubs, sport, music and creative outlets
  • Group sessions, drop-ins and community events
  • Positive role models and new environments
